About Brendon
Creative Wellness Advocate
Brendon Henderson is speaker, facilitator, coach and wellness practitioner. As an award-winning media executive he led teams for Google, GQ, Target and others, but left his career after a bout with burnout.
Upon leaving the corporate world, he dedicated himself to finding balance; He learned wellness practices from diverse cultures around the world while also studying the science of peak performance at the Flow Research Collective.
In 2022, Brendon founded PROTA to teach others what he learned: high performance without high stress is possible. His proprietary programs help people prevent and recover from Burnout while connecting their work to their “why” for never-ending fuel.
