As an award-winning media executive, Brendon Henderson led creative teams for companies like Google, GQ and Target, but left his career after a bout with burnout.

After traveling the world in search of balance, Brendon founded PROTA Wellness to teach others what he learned: high performance without high stress is possible. His proprietary programs help people prevent and recover from Burnout while connecting their work to their “why” for never-ending fuel.

Brendon’s work combines his experience as a corporate executive, his training in the neurology of Flow State, and holistic wellness from around the world.
